Tools
Tools that make rapid building possible.
Our innovation process and agency engagements move fast—1-day demos, 3-day POCs, production in weeks. That pace is only possible because we've built the platform to support it. These tools are what let us build your tools quickly.
Every engagement makes them better. Better tools make engagements faster. The leverage compounds.
Smaak
The taste encoding engine
A 5-tiered system for encoding, testing, and harnessing judgment. Smaak is the primitive that makes taste operational.
The layers:
- Philosophy — What you believe about how things should work
- Constraints — What you won't do, even if you could
- Output contracts — What "good" looks like
- Behavioral rules — How you engage and decide
- Examples — Calibration through concrete instances
Once encoded, your taste can be called via API, integrated into products, and made available to agents. Simulate what Customer X would think about copy. Test creative directions against encoded brand constraints. Generate content that sounds like you, not like average.
Swerk
Customer intelligence workspace
The data repository and analysis backend. Ingest customer data—transcripts, documents, research, notes. Structure it into queryable form. AI agents synthesize insights.
What it does:
- Data intake pipelines that digest information from any source
- Entity extraction and relationship mapping
- Ontology that connects people, projects, decisions, context
- Skills that analyze, summarize, and generate
Swerk is where raw information becomes structured intelligence. Combined with Smaak (encoded taste), outputs reflect your judgment—not generic AI.
Canvas
Facilitation and presentation interface
The visual layer. Canvas is where we work with customers to walk through analysis, present findings, and run playbooks.
Think of it as:
- A dashboard for structured content
- A facilitation tool that runs playbooks
- An interface for interpreting data and running skills
- The visual extension of Swerk's backend
Canvas makes the intelligence accessible. Instead of exporting to slides, we present live—interactive, drillable, always current.
Kubota Workshop
Executive training simulation
A gamified workshop tool for teaching operational leverage. Teams manage a simulated factory, configuring AI "skills" to process maintenance requests. They learn through iteration—small prompt changes, immediate feedback, competitive leaderboard.
What it teaches:
- Prompts are programs—AI instructions directly determine output quality
- Domain knowledge matters—expertise in the prompt improves results
- Iteration drives improvement—edit, test, improve
- Operational leverage comes from well-designed systems, not raw computation
90 minutes. No technical background required. Executives leave understanding why AI capability investments matter—because they experienced it.
Data Pipelines
Integration and ingestion infrastructure
The unglamorous work that makes everything flow. We build pipelines that:
- Connect to enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, legacy databases)
- Digest documents, transcripts, research
- Transform between formats
- Keep knowledge bases current
Paired with human consulting—Alex, Mike, and Pascal—these pipelines become the backbone of customer intelligence and taste deployment.
